After acquiring 60% of the Company, Interpump Group continues expanding into great power transmission hub, and Transtecno is now part of it.
After growing steadily for many years, with new products and investments that helped us become an important geared motor reality, a new era has arrived for us, and we are ready to take on all the opportunities that will come our way.
We have a lot of room for growth, and the acquisition by an important listed Group as Interpump will help us seize all opportunities and develop them.
In this new phase, Claudio Lorenzoni, Transtecno’s founder, will still lead the Company as President. An era that will start by building important partnerships.
First and foremost, the partnership with Reggiana Riduttori, another solid gear motor company in the Emilia region, and part of the Interpump Group Power Transmissions Division since 2019. There are many projects in the works.
One of them has already been launched in the American continent, where Reggiana Riduttori has a widespread and consolidated presence, which will greatly promote Transtecno geared motors there.
The Transtecno brand will be developed in the US by RR USA Inc, Reggiana Riduttori’s branch based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In the same way, we will work with RR Canada based in Toronto, Ontario.
On the other hand, in Mexico, MA Transtecno SAPI de CV, based in Monterrey, will promote Reggiana products in the country and, thanks to its excellent distribution network, also in Central America, Venezuela, Ecuador and Colombia.
In addition, another partnership has been established in South America with Chilean company Hydrocar – part of the Interpump Group – which will promote Transtecno products in Chile and Peru.
Apart from these initiatives, Transtecno will continue to work on the development of new products and solutions, by focusing on our customers and reference market.
A tasking and very stimulating project, the first of a long list of endeavours for the next years, with the strength, enthusiasm and expertise that has always characterized the companies of the Interpump Group.
