One of the sectors with the widest application of Transtecno gearmotors is certainly that of packaging, which is why we have decided to propose a broad view of the gearmotors and motors adapted to the different movement needs inside packing machinery.
Specifically, in the new brochure, we are presenting the three main types of wrapping machines and the relevant solutions:
- Rotating arm wrapping machine, where we find both cast iron gearmotors – shaft mounted or helical bevel – and worm gears from the Alu range – coupled with compact AC motors from the SM series;
- Turntable wrapping machines, moved at the base and inside the column for the regulation of stretch film by round or square worm gearmotors;
- Robots for stretch wrapping, moved by DC motors from the EC range, coupled with worm gearmotors or helical in-line gearmotors.
These are just some of the applications in the packaging industry, a sector that presents many types of movement for which we are able to develop ad hoc solutions.
